All Hardware related complaint of O/o DGHS Haryana,shall be forwarded through the Online Complaint Monitoring & tracking system.

Instructions for user


  • 1.  User will select the branch, enter the password & Click on Login.
  • 2. For Complaint Registration: Select Hardware type, enter complaint description(with make and model no. of the hardware) , complainant name, mobile number of the complainant, and unique complaint number will be generated.
  • 3. For Demand Request: Select Hardware type, enter Justification & description(for new Hardware Required) , Requester name, mobile number of the requester, on Clicking Create Demand Request a unique Demand Request number will be generated.
  • 4. You can also check the status of complaint and Demand Request by entering the unique number generated at the time of registering the Complaint/Demand Request.
