Instructions for users


  1. User will select the branch, enter the password. Click on Login.
  2. For Complaint Registration: Select Hardware type, enter complaint description(with make and model no. of the hardware) , complainant name, mobile number of the complainant, and unique complaint number will be generated.
  3. For Demand Request: Select Hardware type, enter Justification & description(for new Hardware Required) , Requester name, mobile number of the requester, on Clicking Create Demand Request a unique Demand Request number will be generated.
  4. You can also check the status of complaint and Demand Request by entering the unique number generated at the time of registering the Complaint/Demand Request.
